Yup thats definitely what I am doing, speculating while discarding logic and reason.
That's why I didn't want to discuss this with you, I don't owe you an explanation for what I do and I don't have to do it your way. You should just respect that without regressing to completely unsubstantiated insults.
I am long value in PTM, I know what it is and how other people do it (well and poorly) versus what I do. Being long value has been painful but I think that's cyclical and we are near a turn.
I am not making excuse for PTM's underperformance.
I am expressing my divergence with the widely held view of the companies prospects.
It's very unusual to post such alpha on public forums because what happens is that people tend to shout you down and you aren't getting paid or learning anything new so pfftth.
