I told several funds about ANO while it got pumped in 2019 and 2020.
Thank god they didn't buy.
All of them were discouraged by the high insider ownership, Geoff's grammar mistakes and the lack of information provided.
Why bother analyzing a business if the CEO does not respond to emails from funds? I know of two that send emails to Geoff and he ignored them.

If a fund took a position in ANO he would have a hard time to defend such move given all the mess we have been observing. Any other company would be out by now defending the stock with fundamentals and an investment case.

There is 0 compelling reason to invest in this company as it is managed today.
Initially I thought Lev's ownership is a positive. by now I believe it's the opposite given his personal relationship with Geoff. There appears to be no accountability or strategy on how to grow the business.

There are no targets that are made public on which mgmt can be evaluated on.
They provide guidances, miss them over and over and then simply stay quiet.
The dual listing in the USA is another example: they announce it, push it out and then stop talking about it.
