We should be getting the results of the strategic review this month. Lets hope it is tangible, swiftly actionable outcomes, not aspirational wordy fluff.

Quoting the original PR: “The strategic review aims to assess the Company's operations, costs, partnerships, and growth strategies in order to refine the Company's strategic and competitive positioning for future success. The Board also plans to undertake a cost reduction program to streamline and preserve its balance sheet and to align the Company’s operating costs more effectively with current level of activities.”

Do you still own your infamous Westpac shares, @poppypop? If so, perhaps you could use your leverage to get the the Bank to buy Tali at a good premium. Westpac customers could complete a module or two while they wait on hold to check their account balances or log-in to online banking to activate a new ATM card, and in doing so self-diagnose their own attention deficit disorders.
