yes @Morecash do a script bid. 5 AGY shares for 1 RIO share will do it. That values AGY at roughly $2.20 a share, sounds about right to me. There's the years of advancements that RIO get which they have none of AND there is the IP from PUNA. Let alone the Industrial plant all set up and running and bakery doing pies for the Rio knobs. Only thing is Pablo will have non of it. He's building a multi billion dollar company amigos
