    You really should read the entire notice, rather than embarrass yourself.
    "The Share Rights were issued under the Company’s salary sacrifice plan as approved by
    Shareholders at the AGM held on 25 November 2022.    "
    The 277,777 share rights were valued at 2.7 cents at the date of issue, which amounts to a total remuneration of $7500.
