3M.CXL Chart with 9EMA, 13 EMA and 50EMA.
SP has closed above the 50EMA, and the 9 has crossed the 13EMA.
Slightly rising volume over the past couple of days but no huge volumes.
Could be a small steady climb here.
Long green bars look like buying to me.
