it's very confusing but the terms of the con notes mean (I think) that it's likely we'll pay out $1.25M and issue 62 million more shares and that will be the end of this tawdry con note deal.
And Sam and his crew will have another lesson in their book about being screwed by opportunistic funding scum-bags to go with their private company fiascos.
