You’re right about context. The term exploitation needs to be read in context of the Mineral Resources Act. It’s no different to the term mining or extraction, in context of the Mineral Resources Act.
Also need to take into account the GoG intent when referring to the exploration license addendum that allowed the company to explore for Uranium. Because without the addendum, the company would not have been able to progress the feasibility study for the Kuannersuit project. The GoG made it clear the company was not entitled to an exploitation license.
