NZ had a far worse reaction to the GFC than did Australia


House prices dropped there more and they did have a recession.

imo NZ has been more a one horse pony than Aussie regarding property.

eg: our much larger resources sector, and more investment in direct shares, also our SUPER been goig for ages, NZ hasnt had one until very recently.

imo they are much more fagile than Oz.
