Check the facts . This material had to be removed to further the project . The cost of this was included in the DFS , therefore as TR stated , the additional costs ( not included in DFS ) are cartage , sorting ( maybe ) and administration . Not that difficult to understand . Any funds left over , after these costs , will be additional funding to further the project . Get rid of the material and make money from it , Bonus
