I can only think groundwater sample identication/security/chain-of-custody was compromised in the field (unlikely) or at the laboratory (more likely imo given Friday's announcement).

If that ain't bad enough, how scientifically challeneged is the DERM action given they were informed of such by Cougar prior to issuing the shutdown orders!
