I’ve been reading a bit lately about the BRICs nations, their alliances and potential new international currency as an alternative to the US dollar. It really seems to be gaining momentum. As Brazil is part of this alliance I think any M&A activity or major investment may potentially come from a BRICS or BRICS sympathetic nation. Having said that we are geographically close to America but the American government seems to be more inclined to fund companies that are more aligned with the US.
