There are three partners in the joint venture but only one with deep pockets .
I wonder if they would make a cash offers for VEN and MEL .
They would then have a non public energy company with a lot of the costs taken out and staffed by management and staff they wanted to keep and who wanted to stay .
Cannot think of a better time to do that than now .
