    I see you have now stopped celebrating the "tremendous success" of a BLA acceptance:

    Perhaps before "acknowleding achievements" one should understand the difference between BLA acceptance and approval. One does not necessarily lead to the other.

    Next step might be looking at the differences between:
    HR-aGvHD,
    SR-GvHD, and
    SR-aGvHD.
