As long as there are no skeletons or surprises this could be a huge opportunity to see them bounce back to the $1.60's in 12 months or less plus get a dividend while waiting. Dividend seems a bit high which raises alarm bells but could be ok given its SP history. Future divs would be much less I'm guessing.
