I cant see why we wouldn't get permitted, is Tiehm's buckwheat not the only real hurdle here ?
In its own natural habitat, it has become endangered and now listed as an endangered species by the by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Ioneer have already invested over 1.2mil into Tiehm's buckwheat, built a dedicated greenhouse Conservation Centre, employed a full time botanist and committed to 1mill annually for lom.
If this mine doesn't get built where will this Tiehm's buckwheat get more support to thrive and a grow. - If its left in its own habit as it has been currently, would it not risk dying out considering its become endangered on its own ?
