It’s not even practical to do spot readings with the XRF to get an average grade.

I’ve seen company’s take XRF reading every 10cm of drill core and average them to publish on ASX. But this would not work for 30m intercepts because it is too slow.

Each reading take 1.5 minutes, round up to 2 minutes between readings = 20 minutes per metre. It would take days to do the whole mineralised zone.

But the geo won’t let the XRF be used for this because they need it to ID minerals as new core is coming out.

So lack of CNB style XRF commentary is to be expected and has nothing to do with grade.
