Minister arriving here in September along with battery metal forum.Now that cami is sorted, surface rights issue isn't going to be blocked.Could it all be a setup to provide a mining licence for the entire area?Or Drc using a carrot?
Either way the odds of not having mining license by next may (potential delist) dims day by day.
