The younger types, under say 35, wont't work. I manage a business of 30 odd employees and if you want them to work a few Saturdays occasionally to meet your Govt contract timelines, you'd think you were asking them for a kidney. Over 50's, no problem. This idea that once you are over 50 you are ready for the scrap heap is the biggest load of crap ever.
