Oaktree - US$90M drawn and a possible $40M available. This balance is only available if certain milestones are achieved before 30/9/23 Nova Quest - US$30M drawn of the $40M. Surprisingly no mention was made on the balance US$10M.
They owe $90 million all up with both facilities not $120 million ... not that this makes me feel any better .... lucky they have $71 million in cash (probably now $65 million now) in case Oaktree ring on Monday wanting their $60 million back ... I guess Gregory George might be able to throw them another $10 million in that desperate scenario while they sort out further funding in a TH or Voluntary Suspension ?
