a party that picks up 10% of the primary vote should not be able to dictate policy in the Senate....this was the problem with the Democrats, all they did was act as spoilers to the winning party that won a mandate to govern....the Democrats legacy was an overly complicated GST system when it could and should have applied to all goods and services, including food.
