yeh true..read the fine print,they may chose to pull the plug on the consolidation,therefore were 1 cent plus
if they consolidate and it gpoes tp 10 cents ....thats like .5 cent...at 1 cent plus any none who buys in and later sells for 2 cents doubles there money.....thats if they are intelligent they may do thid if the $ raising is not so good...which it may not be ...if the major institutional holders and executives buy in they will raise 20 million plus...this is all speculation but possible outcomes...they also have stated they can cancel the offer at any time returning to current status quo ...refunding investors like myself who have decided to take up the offer....thev less people who take it the more value for those who do take it ....its a shit sandwhich which takes more bread to digest.....my opinion only and i have no idea which way this will pan out
