Maybe (maybe he felt that he needed to release “something” by the end of the week). But as @Kangaroos67 has just pointed out, maybe they were still at TD and conducting U3 tests when they pumped that announcement out (hence U3 data simply was not available).
So. Where that leaves us: If “good” was referring to U1 and U2 (which were both “damn good” in my opinion), I think the conservative wording was to allow for the use of the term “bloody good” on Unit 3! (I.e. hold back on the language in the upper units so that better superlatives can be rolled out for the lower unit). At least, that’s one theory.
By what I can glean (here, and courtesy of various other sites) we may get U3 wirelines and flow tests at the same time (or thereabouts) in the coming week, and then U2 and U1 in the following week. If U3 is “good” to “bloody good” then this may be the catalyst for the share price to need its own BOP valve.
We watch, we wait.
