I'm surprised we haven't been hit with a 2nd court case with Tesla seeking claims for copyright infringement with how many times we used their presentation material, logo and graphics in our last presentation.
from a google search
"Using copyrighted material can be effective in your presentation, as long as you obtain the appropriate permissions in advance and respect the rights of the owner of the work."
"Are presentation slides copyrighted?
It's actually really quite simple. Your presentation is copyrighted at the exact moment you create it, especially if it incorporates tangible things like graphics and logos. A creative work becomes copyrighted the instant it is written down, or fixed in some other tangible form."
to refresh your memory, pg 5 taken directly from Tesla battery day 2020 presentation.
a little mention on pg13
pg19 supplying anteoX for 6500 tesla's
logo used on pg22
pg42, another direct copy of Tesla investor day presentation 2020
so we have a picture of a Tesla, direct quote from senior vice president, 2 copies of Tesla 2020 presentation, logo and the fact that 20k litres of anteoX supplies 6,500 tesla's model Y cars. Hmmmm !!!!!
ps. not long after the presentation we had our CEO in an interview claim this
"We actually have a unique focus on the way we are building our high-silicon anode. There are companies in the US that are producing high silicon for about $100 per kilowatt hour. Our comparative cost is $1 per kilowatt hour, and we use a lower grade of metallurgical silicon that is cost-effective. And with our proprietary technologies, we've actually been able to get some outstanding results with up to 80 per cent silicon in the anode."
$1 per kilowatt hour, up to 80% silicon in the anode. Hmmmm !!!
pps. means nothing at all, just me filling in some time doing some research
