    Not sure about a takeover, I would certainly like a generous takeover OFFER, that is rejected. There might be an offer out there as we speak, LTR holders had no idea the BOD had rejected previous offers from Albemarle before the last offer. Which as we know, significantly boosted their SP, and is still holding strong at the offer price....
