    The expansion of Senkang is a necessary condition for the mini-LNG project as the LNG project will require a cignificant amount of electricity. EWC can't take from Sengkang ATM as there is no spare capacity. Hence nothing can happen until the PPA for the Sengkang expansion is signed. Once the PPA is done then they will be off and running.
