What part of NO doesn’t SI understand? The FDA apparently has no interest in what you’re selling.
Si has seemingly tried every trick in manoeuvring and manipulation over many years to find acceptance with the FDA and has continued to come up empty; only this time he has gone all in.
And what’s the plan B? Well, to get re-staked again and keep banging at the same door.
I DON’T KNOW - with SI’s credibility completely shattered and poor history of developing or conjuring up whatever it is that the FDA requires it hardly inspires any confidence.
A new CEO and the pursuit of other opportunities rather than the polarised focus on the FDA is required but probably too late for that now.
