It's good to see that you are fully up to date with the expenses of this first drill.
Perhaps you should refrain from buying any PCL given your knowledge of the basin and the associated risk that you have outlined.
It would be really sad if you spend some of your wealth on such a risky adventure and your worst nightmares were realized.
