He has stuck through with this startup for quite a long time and provide really clear communication on the progress of the business and the aspirations. Not a lot of small cap CEOs are this dedicated - usually they jump ship when things get tough. PD is willing to take blows and keep on grinding.

The US is the key catalyst as it unlocks 1M beds and growth would be rapid after 2 years. It would still take time to get to 100K beds in US but it would be faster than in AU.

So I have hope and it's one of the main reasons why I am not selling
