It says a capital raising for a material aquisition. I dont think share holders will get to participate in this. I would think it would be via an insto or something. If the last 3 years are anything to go by from the EQR management, this will be a good thing for shares holders as they have always said they want to look after shareholders value and not dilute. They have ticked so many boxes and are about to be a leading tungsten producer, so why would they do anything to jepardise that unless it was a good thing. They dont need capital to continue the ramp up given there were plenty of funds in the bank and then had a record month of production which is likely to be beaten again this month. Lets just wait until Wednesday to see what the good news is.
