Probably the reason for no announcement from "Stonehorse energy " is because Certus is a private company. Probably do not need to update investors as often?
looking at Certus website I feel if things go well, they may be funding a few JV with them as they seem to also look into low-risk high reward opportunities in the Oil and Gas field
