I am not worried if the TPG deal falls through. From what I read back when it was first proposed, Invocare has almost complete control of burial plots available in Sydney over the short to medium term. I would expect them to be quite profitable in the next few years, and I would guess that asset was what TPG was principally interested in obtaining.
