Rugby - I'm not 100% sure it's misinformation/downramping (maybe I'm naive). I'm also a holder in LAC and while on the face of it it has been a bit strange it is trading at a discount post receiving the permit, Sallit's point on relative MC of LAC v INR is also correct.
Bearju is clearly frustrated.
