leave off the syrupy grandiosity about the FDA, they make mistakes many are grotesque.
Causing life long misery and this time they are causing MSB to not be able to make money. The allow the children to access the MSB therapy via an Emergency measure and this is demonstrably saving lives in the US and Japan which HAS approved it, but won't approve to allow MSB to actually make money from it.
WHY?
Ask that question and you'll get closer to the truth. It's not protecting any patients is it?
