Yes been having a little research as well to see what i can find.
I would imagine management have been privvy to something that made them keen to secure this.
If it was a straight cash deal i would worry a little.
But both parties are happy with some shares as well, which i think shows some trust in each other.
I always get sceptical when its a straight cash deal and we have ofloaded it scenario, and we are out of here.
