Nah it's not too far off fair value at the moment, if they wanted a hostile takeover they could do it relatively easy IMO and not far off current prices. Still much risk involved, and as already mentioned the project is tiny currently with no ability for expansion just yet, so if they were eyeing AGY, now would be the time to move in.
If they were smart though they would look over at Canadian spod plays. Giants in the making over there. But I suppose they would be paying a premium for co's over there.
