This is pretty silly mate. Where did you get the figure of 5,000t from? And you're attributing $1b of Livent's market cap to "IP" for no other reason than it suits you? What's this based on, other than the vibe?
Livent have revenue of >USD$1b per year, hydroxide plants in the USA and China, massive resources in Argentina, and a spod mine and hydroxide plant in construction in Canada. Your "IP valuation" based on a made up production figure of 5000t makes absolutely no sense at all.
At the end of the day, you asked me what the IP was worth and I gave you an answer based on the differential between tech and battery grade carbonate. You're response has been just to pluck a number (AUD$1b) out of thin air. If, as you state, you're being conservative with the $1b figure for IP, how does this correlate with the company have a current market cap of $428m?
