EES is critical for any meaningful re-rate, without it everybody can close shop and all go home. Management obviously underestimated the difficulty of EES.
I'm not too worried about Shenghe deal but suffice to say CFO made a fool out of himself when he had that dreadful stammer when being asked why the delay.

In next Webinar CEO should address the current status of Shenghe. People would like to know what causing the delay, is the pricing/legality/export issue or what? Also updates on government grant?

CFO making 500k a year and Carly Oreagan on 400k doing what. Bloody DFS took 2 quarters to do, who publish their DFS 2 quarters into listing?
Given the simplicity of the accounts 300k is max for CFO role, 200k is cushy enough for relationship, all she does is travelling aroudn on company dime and give a one hour talk here and there.

Management needs to start buying-back on market.
