If you read the financials you'd clearly see EMC are well enough funded for this round of drilling.
You're a muckraker with no credibility that thinks that a bit of downramping is gonna get the SP down enough to jump back in.
Your last 3 posts....You don't seem to have much to contribute in any sort of way other than to try and stir the pot.

Simple answer to your topic..... 1 drill hole can have us CR @ 50cents.... just my considered opinion.
