    Errr boys anyone know if Vic's got any assets ? surely he must have something salted away that could be recouped from any expected litigation. Also trading whilst insolvent - personally liable - hope theres something there for shareholders and creditors to claw back. (His MSC shareholding is worthless)

    $200m - not a bad effort over the years. Anyone heard from ASIC? Any update?
