Euler Hermes needs to increase their US$600 offer for Aru to favour them. It's not enough for what they are asking, which is for Aru to favour them. It doesn't give us enough finance to proceed. If they were to increase their offer to a level where Aru has enough finances to build, then Aru would accordingly give them more off takes.
