Finally Sparecash, you have worked it out, the only offtake agreement WKT has is with Wogan, the agreement is a sales and marketing agreement, and they will sell the graphite to anyone for a fee.
suggesting all of the other companies are still involved with WKT, is false.
There is nothing stopping these companies from buying the graphite from Wogan, or their existing suppliers.
As you would be aware the graphite market is in surplus due to the significant increase in the production of synthetic graphite and excess capacity from existing graphite mines where it has been reported mines are being placed in care and maintenance or operating at a reduced capacity, the other major issues for the graphite market is high inflation which is reducing the demand for EV's and steel production.
