As painful as Regal dumping is when it is happening, it typically does throw up amazing opportunities, with a chance to buy stocks well below fair value . fwiw my fair value is 15 cents , so buying it 400% below fair value (size of deposit adjusted by my view on probability of project happening) .
We have an inflection point in the news flow, with two positive announcements in a row, let's see if we can get an inflection point on the technicals, . A two close above 4.2 would be a start in that process.
