Neither a VPE takeover nor the actual drilling start (VPE is the operator) can be "foreseen in detail" by Eddie - hence he can continue for the time being to buy ITC shares up to the limit. The fact that he buys them in the high 4c range (instead of waiting to see perhaps ITC's sp drift lower) to me is somewhat meaningful/significant. But then I might just read too much into this?!?
Happy to hold all my ITC shares for a good outcome later on this year or in early 2011.
