Binding Contracts with Chinese companies are an interesting subject. Because of the different legal systems it can be one sided. Basically, in the event of a dispute they [Chinese side] can successfully sue you and collect the damages, with adverse consequences, but in most cases an Australian company cannot successfully sue a Chinese party to a Binding Contract. It's a much discussed topic out there on the internet and I'm sure you can DYOR.
