I wouldn't really pay much attention to that, Stocks Down Under is not exactly a major research institution. That was also written in June, well before anyone could have had any indication as to how well iTrack Advance has performed.
The report mentioned by DAngel35 was published by E&P Financial (very well regarded financial institution) and written by David Nayagam and Alan Liang. Search up David Nayagam on Google and you will find he is a highly qualified individual with an extensive medical background. These guys traveled to the US to visit the facilities and talk to leading ophthalmologists.
They are predicting break even by next year and profitability in the following year, so they're not seeing the need for further capital to be raised.
