Nice opportunity for me to top up. Trusting my gut. People asking why is SP low given that it was 30c previously before BAM and before PEPR. Well interest rates were low, now they're high. World economies were playing nicely, now there's games being played by Russia and China. USA's debt has become more of an issue, with ramifications to global economies. We can't get hung up on then vs now, and expect a sudden return to well above 30c. But we can consider risks and prospective value. Currently I don't value it much more than it is now because more things need to happen and be confirmed and put in writing and then actually be constructed before we can truly realise that value. We can only pre-empty the future value, and, maybe some holders are waiting for others to confirm their thoughts by starting to accumulate now that the BAM is released, to validate their investment. I'll just focus on what I think though.
