    you might like to have a quick squiz at Barakah NPP; 4 x reactors built ahead of schedule and under budget, not to mention numerous Chinese NPP's.

    Amazing what can be done when you let engineers, tradies and project managers do what they are trained to do.

    Then again I guess we could go down the pumped hydro route, Snowy II being an excellent example of on time -on budget.
