    what time frame are you placing on this elusive take over bid?

    and why pick 25 cents? are you inferring that the take over offer will come in at 25 cents to the board and they will recommend the take over proceed at this price,,how do come to this value of placing 25cents per share?

    I would be very intrested in your conclusion and summation as to how you come up with this.
