No not a "dog", just a calculated plan to trash the SP by our own BOD for a bigger prize for them. It's just a matter of who can hold on. I will hold because this is company can make them a lot more money if the the SP goes up than they can ever make through just salaries so they have to eventually let it go up.
The ASX two strike rule only needs 25% to vote against their remuneration twice and it will cause a spill. Interesting!!
